The HX40 flange is a flat face flange with a 4 inch outside diameter

This is NOT a stock/OEM flange downpipe. This downpipe is meant for aftermarket turbochargers equipped with hx40 flanges. 

This downpipe will fit factory location hx40 flange equipped turbochargers from 1994-2002.  This downpipe will also fit LOW MOUNT 2nd gen swapped 2003-2012 Dodge Ram trucks with the 5.9 and 6.7 Cummins
